This apartment size is exactly what I want, I have my own washer and dryer, the pools are nice, the parking system is good, and it’s safe. Overall I’d recommend this place to a similar demographic as myself. I moved in to Summit Vista apartments around 8 months ago and I still can't believe the great rate we pay rent for the quality of our apartment.

I began at The Hilands started the 1st week of August 2014 at will continue at least through this 2nd week of August 2015, if not longer.

Their staff in the office is accommodating and they will go out of your way to help you. They have a big team of maintenance guys who will get out to you as soon as possible. Covered in grass with two nice swimming pools and jacuzzis to choose from. The Hilands Apartments are In a great location, with easy access to anywhere in Tucson. Also a short walk away from the river walk and a short drive from the beautiful Sabino canyon.
Another highlight of the Tucson transportation system are miles of bike lanes. In fact, the city has an extension system of commuter bike lanes, so it is not unusual to see people taking bikes to and from work as well as cruising around for fun and exercise. It is a safe, beautiful and affordable place to live. Maintenance issues are repaired quickly and efficiently. The staff are warm and friendly and always go out of their way to help me when I have a problem. A couple of years ago, my air conditioner broke and they offered me another apartment to stay in while it was being repaired. Guest parking can be an issue and the grounds are not always immaculate, but they are very well cared for. If you value safety, a sense of community and peace of mind knowing that things will be taken care of, then you will love Summit Vista as much as I do.
I've been living here two and half years and would never rent at any apartment. For a suburban community in Tucson’s rolling hills, there are plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options to enjoy. Visitors and residents should have an easy time getting to town, getting out, and traveling around. Tucson has many different transportation options from jets to bikes. Public transportation is actually a highlight of this city. Sun Tran operates a network of bus routes in Tucson, and it was awarded the distinction of the best transit system in the country in 1998 and 2005.

This area is served by the Amphitheater Unified District attendance zone. My car was smashed under the car shed on Hilands property. They speculate "someone hit pole" but matinance say structure was old. I transport my disabled child and I can not afford a 500 deductible.
I'm not only referring to the external look of the place but the apartment itself is beautiful. Every time we have visitors they can't believe how nice our apartment is. Very responsive to issues and timely maintenance requests. They really need to add more parking for visitors and lighting for the pool at night. I have lived at the Summit Vista Apartments for 6 years.
At this point I need another apartment that’s not infected with roaches. Hilands is an apartment community located in Pima County and the ZIP Code. This area is served by the Tucson Unified District attendance zone.
